Getting started
What is FishMind AI?
FishMind AI is an AI-powered fishing companion. It predicts the best bite times (Bite Score), shows you top fishing spots nearby on a map, gives you an AI fishing coach you can ask anything, and lets you log your catches and compete on the local leaderboard.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Sign in with Apple for a quick, one-tap login with your Apple ID — no separate password to remember. You can add a profile photo and bio later.

How do I edit my profile?
Go to your Profile to update your display name, avatar, bio, language, and measurement units.
How do I delete my account?
You can deactivate your account in the app. To fully delete your account and associated data, email us at fishspotradar@163.com and we’ll take care of it.
Subscriptions & refunds
How do subscriptions work?
Paid features are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or the App Store), find FishMind AI, and cancel or change your plan.
Can I get a refund?
Because payments are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple — not by us. Request a refund at Apple’s billing support or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What about the free trial?
New users may receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
Features
What is the Bite Score?
The Bite Score is a 0–100 rating for how active fish are likely to be at your location, based on weather, air pressure, wind, and light. Higher scores and “HIGH” activity windows are the best times to fish.
How reliable is the AI Coach?
The AI Coach is great for tips and ideas, but its answers can be inaccurate or incomplete and aren’t professional advice. Always use your judgment and follow local fishing regulations.
Where does the spot map data come from?
Nearby spots come from OpenStreetMap, plus any spots you and the community save. Your own saved spots stay tied to your account.
Data & privacy
What information do you collect?
We collect what’s needed to run the app — your account details, the catches and spots you log (including photos and location), and your AI Coach conversations. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I request my data or ask for it to be deleted?
Email us at fishspotradar@163.com and we’ll help you access or delete your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
The Bite Score, weather, or spot map isn’t showing
These features use your location. Make sure location permission is enabled for FishMind AI in your device settings, and check that you have an internet connection.
The app is slow or showing errors
Update to the latest version from the App Store, restart the app, and make sure your device software is up to date. If the problem continues, email us with a short description and we’ll look into it.
